Health and Fitnes Overhaul!

There comes a moment when realisation kicks in that laziness is doing you no good. In all honesty it makes me depressed because I'll constantly feel sluggish and therefore won't want to move and feel reluctant about leaving the house.

Since uni's finished I've been able to get back on track regarding health and sort my sleeping pattern, eating and daily workout routine. As much as it is about losing weight and feeling more confident, I'm starting to realise I'm in love with the feeling of being energised, healthy and moreover - happy. 

Being in Portugal for a few weeks is pushing me harder as well, as the heat really does impact effort, it's a great feeling. 

Bit of a personal post but I'm going to be blabbering on about this subject more I suppose!
