MERRY FITMAS: A GIFT GUIDE

Hands up if you vowed that you'd cruise into 2016 with a ‘new year, new me’ attitude?

*Raises hand*

We all do it. I hope I’m not wrong in thinking that the majority of us don’t always overhaul our lives in the exact way we intended to.

But that's alright. We can start planning early.

Since Christmas is just under a month away, I thought I'd put together a gift guide for someone who may be a little unsure RE taking their first steps to achieving their health and fitness goals (this was me last year... and the year before!)

I’m the type of person who’s completely stumped when someone asks: ‘What do you want for Christmas?’ So I hope that this post acts as a brainwave to people like me, or provides a little inspiration if you’re buying for someone you know.

Maybe you’re thinking about monitoring your health on the go in the form of an activity tracker, or you’ve seen videos of girls on Instagram hopping about with bands on their legs and you’re wondering what on earth all the fuss is about...

Whether you've started your fitness journey already, or even if you're just in need of a little bit of motivation, I really hope that my guide helps! PS, I want that Matthew Williamson sports bra so badly!
